- In this role, you will be developing and managing retail brand marketing strategies to create the best shopping experience for customer to grow sales in the retail channel for FMCG segment.

Job Description and Responsibilities
- Collecting data required to make improvements and modifications
- Supervising plant operations
- Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems
- Liaising with project engineers and specialists
- Monitoring product performance
- Observe and understand plant packing, customer inspection, loading process
- Executing requirements of trial input and output during the trial run.
- Performing trial execution technical analysis, troubleshooting and improvement activities.
- Compiling data and document for trials.
